A powerful, fast-paced and highly effective group workout which combines a variety of cardio, plyometric (jumping) and tabata-style (interval) exercises, all performed to adrenaline-inducing drum & bass music to get your heart pumping.

You don’t need to bring any gloves or special clothing, just loose comfy workout gear and a pair of trainers. Each class is also accompanied by an additional instructor who can help you out if you’re struggling to keep up – giving you alternative exercises to make sure you’re not missing out and that you’re getting the most from your workout.
